Session Title: Engineering - Building a Digital Counter

Session Description:  We will learn to construct, test and analyze a digital electronic circuit that will operate as a binary counter. Using integrated circuit (IC) logic chips and a breadboard digital trainer unit for trouble-shooting, this asynchronous counter can be designed to count upward or, with few modifications, downward.
